We are so confident with the quality of our compatible and remanufactured cartridges that we back them with a full 1 year, no risk return policy,on bad cartridges. We realize that it is important that the customer feel safe, whether stocking up by buying in bulk or buying one cartridge at a time. If for any reason your cartridge does not work or has been printing poorly, we will replace your cartridge(s) at no cost to you, no questions asked, PERIOD.
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee to our customers. If WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE you are not satisfied with your inkjet or toner cartridges just return them to us and we will refund your money. Cartridges must be unopened and in original box. Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to replace a defective product or issue a refund for that product.
If you ordered the wrong product or got a new printer and wish to return the cartridges, you can exchange the cartridges only for new cartridges for your new printer.We will not refund money for ordering wrong cartridges or a new printer you may have bought, we will exchange them for the right cartridges for your printer. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the cartridges. We will pay for shipping to replace cartridges only If we sent you the wrong cartridge we will cover the shipping.
Products returned damaged or altered in any way from their original condition will not be replaced or will a refund be made. If a product is unused but the packaging is opened, marked on or damaged in any way, we will not issue a return or refund.
We will pay to ship the defective product back and to ship you a new cartridge. The only thing we ask is that the defective product be returned with at least 75% of the ink still in it. On OEM cartridges we honor manufacturers’ warranties.

Returns require RMA #’s before sending back product. To receive your RMA # simply call us toll free at 1-888-823-4754 or e-mail us at Sales@everybodyneedsink.com , and we will respond promptly to your request.

The customer will receive the full credit amount credited back to their credit card within 7 days from when we receive the defective product.
Defective- damaged when or before it arrived.
Incorrect item(s) ordered or delivered.
Incorrect order- wrong item(s) were ordered
Unsatisfactory product- poor print quality. Does not meet standards.

Everybody Needs Ink is pleased to announce 100% FREE SHIPPING on all orders OVER $29 (in the Continental US ) Shipped Ground. Please allow 4-7 business days on all orders unless specified.
Standard 4-7 business day delivery
For rush delivery refer to \\\"calculate shipping\\\" box in check out, as ship to location does factor into pricing. Customers have the option of UPS or FedEx.
For orders that require anything but standard shipping, the appropriate shipping fee will apply---see \\\"calculate shipping\\\" box in checkout.
We ship nation wide and to Canada. However, we do not ship outside the continental United States.
Orders placed before 4:00pm EST will be shipped out that day.
